All about treatment
Your treatments include much of what you would expect: a variety of hand skills and elbows, a massage gun and fascial blading. You are also likely to receive some local stretching techniques and positional drills that can all be done while on the treatment bed.
Kinesiology tape will often be how the treatment is brought to a close, as it’s a great way to support the changes made during treatment. It can be worn for a few days to increase blood flow and reduce pain.
Each treatment is always tailored to you and your presentation, so the contents will vary depending on these factors. Whether it’s reducing muscle spasms, addressing muscle strains or simply an MOT treatment to reduce tension, you’re in safe hands.
